Title: Yummy Bread Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

2cFrench bread -- cubed
2 Eggs
1/2cSugar
1/4tsSalt
1cnEvaporated milk
1/2cWater -- boiling
1tsCinnamon --
1tsNutmeg
1/2tsRaisins
2tsVanilla extract

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease a 1-1/2 cup baking dish, and place the bread cubes in it. 3. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt and milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. Pour the egg mixture of the bread cubes. 4. Bake the pudding until set, about 45 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature or cold.
